RISK OF LOSS

Every physical item purchased from ITDS Smart System is done so by a shipment contract. This implies that at the time we deliver such items to the carrier, you become the owner and bear the risk of loss.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns are not transferred to the ITDS Smart System until they reach our fulfillment center. We reserve the right to issue a refund in the absence of a return. In this instance, ITDS Smart System does not claim ownership of the returned item.

Regarding the precision, fullness, timeliness, trustworthiness, and lack of mistakes in any product descriptions or additional information on the ITDS Smart System, we disclaim all liability. Your only option is to return the goods in unopened condition if it is a product that ITDS Smart System itself offers and it isn’t what was displayed.

CHARGES

We are unable to verify an item’s price for products sold by ITDS Smart System until you place an order.
